Join Lil' Miss Flossy for our next cake decorating class during Fall break on Thursday, October 13 from 11:00 - 1:30 at Fox Den Country Club. The cost for the class is $45.00 per Mommy and Me. Lunch will be provided by Fox Den for an additional $10.00 per person. Children may wear costumes if they would like. Register by emailing Lisa at lisa@lilmissflossy.com with your name, child's name and child's age. Space is limited.

Lunch Menu:

Mommies: Chicken salad sandwich on a croissant roll with pasta salad, fruit garnish & drink
Kids: Chicken strips, french fries, fruit cup, & drink

*They do not allow outside food so if your child has an allergy or would like something else let me know and I will work with you.*

Give treats a new twist! Kids learn how to WOW the family with creative cake decorating techniques. Kids love to help in the kitchen and now they can learn how to decorate like the pros with Lil’ Miss Flossy. 

• Create fun designs on a cake provided in class

• Experience decorating with buttercream and fondant

• Great introduction to an ongoing, fun family activity

Class Description:

11:00 – 11:15 Arrival and Registration, Introduce Ourselves, Name tags

11:15 – 12:00 Introduction – 

1.) show & explain decorating set

2.) 3 essentials of cake decorating

3.) Buttercream Icing

4.) Demonstrate bag prep & coloring icing

5.) Preparing the bag & coloring their bowl of icing

6.) Demonstrate filling the bag

7.) Demonstrate decorating techniques with each tip

8.) Children fill their bags and practice on practice sheets


12:00 – 12:30 Lunch provided by Fox Den

12:30 – 1:30 Decorate your own personal cake to take home to share with your family. Certificates of Completion Awarded
