“What the heck is chutney?” you ask . . . Well, let me tell you. Chutney is a sweet-sour-spicy-fruity fermented relish. Add a little to your Thanksgiving plate to amp up the flavor of everything it touches.
When you sign up for my workshop I’ll lead you through the process of fermenting successfully, and you’ll take home a mouth-watering concoction of fruit and spices that you ferment at room temperature for a couple of days. Then simply store it in the fridge, eat, and enjoy.
Fermented foods are super healthy for you as well. And the flavor? Oh my!! After learning how to ferment chutney, you’ll be able to begin your own ferments at home.
